Can I return an item that is damaged,or out of specififications.
If an item is rejected, and we agree with the customer that it is defective, then we will issue a Non-Conforming Merchandise (NCM) return authorization and accept a return. If we do not agree, then we will submit the work to an independent laboratory for evaluation. Back to Top |
